Jeff has been designing and managing corporate online assets for more than 20 years drawing upon a wealth of commercial experience across a variety of industries.
He provides market-focused digital solutions with the best possible user experience for clients in developing new, or reinvigorating established online assets.
His background includes 15 years experience in sales, marketing, training and customer service for leading companies such as American Express, Coles Supermarkets, Elders IXL Wines & Spirits and Telstra before establishing Impagination.
Jeff holds a Certificate in Marketing Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
Director, Strategy and Communications
Suzanne has been developing and managing digital content for more than 15 years.
She applies her extensive marketing and communications experience in the design and delivery of integrated communication programs for consumers and healthcare professionals, including production of e-learning courses, podcasts, webcasts and educational videos.
Her background includes managing communications, sales and marketing programs for healthcare services, pharmaceutical companies and the public sector before joining Impagination.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology.
Content Management and Audio/Visual Specialist
Terence has been working with digital media creation and management for more than 5 years, with growing emphasis on creating web-ready content. He has helped produce a large variety of content, including television shows for Channel 31, filming corporate presentations, as well as audio and video podcast creation and editing. In addition Terence has over 3 years of experience with client services working with Salmat to liaise between clients and consumers.
Terence holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from Deakin University.
Consultant
Michael has been designing, implementing and providing consultancy services for corporate computer systems for over 20 years. He has specialised in matching the latest hardware and communications offerings to clients' application needs. This has been in the space of everything from top of the line IBM Mainframes to individual specialised client programs running on sole Open Systems platforms such as: Windows; Linux; Unix; AIX, and VMware.
Michael specialises in workload automation and database solutions. He has worked in Australia for many large corporations, such as Telstra, the big four banks, Coles, Suncorp, Repco, JB Were-Goldman Sachs, Ansett, Shell, and several Commonwealth government departments. He has also worked in the USA, England and the Middle East for IBM and AT&T.
Content Project Consultant
Beverley has a background in corporate administration having worked with Telstra over many years, as well as spending time involved in consumer sales.
Her passion for writing, strong administrative and smooth voice over skills help us to provide compelling digital content for a fantastic user experience.
